These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zowp Corp. website and services. By booking, accessing, or using our shuttle transportation or package delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Zowp Corp. provides:

  • Scheduled intercity shuttle transportation
  • Private airport shuttle services
  • Package and parcel delivery services

Service availability may vary based on location, weather, operational capacity, or other factors.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website or approved channels.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • Zowp reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time before booking confirmation.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Zowp does not store full credit card details.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Shuttle Services

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure may qualify for a refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may be non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Private Shuttle Services

  • Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking agreement.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable.

Package Delivery

  • Once a package is picked up, the service is considered in progress and may not be canceled.
  • Refunds are not issued for completed deliveries.

Zowp reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Arrive at the designated pickup location on time.
  • Follow driver instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Treat vehicles and drivers with respect.
  • Not engage in illegal, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.

Zowp reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who poses a safety risk or violates these Terms, without refund.

5. Luggage & Personal Items

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Zowp is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items unless caused by proven negligence.
  • Luggage space may be limited. Oversized items must be declared during booking.

6. Package Delivery Terms

  • Customers must provide accurate weight, dimensions, and content details.
  • Prohibited items include illegal goods, hazardous materials, and items restricted by Canadian law.
  • Zowp may refuse packages that are unsafe or improperly packaged.
  • Customers are responsible for proper packaging.
  • Zowp is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

7. Delays & Service Interruptions

Zowp is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • Road closures
  • Mechanical issues
  • Government actions
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Zowp Corp.'s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • For package delivery, liability may be limited unless additional insurance coverage is purchased (if applicable).

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with website security.
  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission.

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Zowp Corp.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

12. Changes to These Terms

Zowp Corp. may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
