You're Protected
Zowp has policies that protect your time and income. Your time matters — you're not penalized for someone else's behavior.
Late Cancellations
Passengers who cancel late are charged 50% of their ticket. A portion goes directly to you, plus Zowp adds a top-up.
No-Shows
Passengers who don't show up are charged the full fare. You receive a larger share than from a cancellation.
Late Arrivals
You wait up to 10 minutes only for passengers in good standing who are actively communicating. Chronic late arrivals don't get a grace period.
