Hey! I’m Jean-Philippe but you can call me JP . I started my entrepreneurial journey over a decade ago running a skate shop in Quebec. It was all about passion, community, and trying not to go broke selling grip tape. But after 10 years of fighting distributor delays and tracking lost trucks , I knew it was time for something new.

Pets Are Always Welcome | Our pet policy
Zowp is proud to be a pet-friendly shuttle service between Ottawa and Toronto. All pets are welcome on board, as long as they are registered in advance. For safety and comfort, each pet must have its own profile created in your Zowp account before traveling.
There is a flat rate of $20 per trip, per pet, regardless of size. If you’d like extra comfort or space, you can also book an additional seat for your pet. For frequent travelers, Zowp offers monthly and yearly pet passes, making regular trips more convenient and cost-effective.
Service dogs are always welcome at no charge, but registration is still required to ensure proper accommodation and a smooth experience for everyone on board.
With clear policies and flexible options, Zowp makes traveling with pets simple, respectful, and stress-free.
Clean, Safe & Well-Maintained
At Zowp, safety and cleanliness are never outsourced. All vehicle inspections and maintenance are handled in-house, allowing us to inspect our fleet weekly and address issues before they become problems. This hands-on approach ensures every shuttle meets high standards of reliability, performance, and passenger safety.
Cleanliness matters just as much. Our vehicles are cleaned regularly and kept in excellent condition so every ride feels comfortable and well cared for. Flexible Pickup Locations
Zowp offers flexible pickup locations to better fit your schedule and needs. Because you’re in direct contact with your driver, pickup locations can be adjusted before the trip starts, making coordination simple and stress-free.
When possible, we’re happy to adapt pickup points to accommodate our clients, whether that means a more convenient nearby location or a small adjustment to avoid delays.
